Philippe Coutinho has agreed to join Barcelona and complete his dream move there.
The Catalans will pay an initial fee of 120million euros and depending on the player’s performances, the Reds could receive 40million more as add ons.
But the deparature of the Brazil international has left the Merseyside club with consecuences.
In fact, the club have made an official announcement about the fans who have bought Coutinho’s shirt this year and good news for them is that they will get some of their money back.
The British media report that, from the beginning of the season until now, ten thousands Coutinho shirts costing 63 euros each, which means Liverpool will lose in total 630,000 euros.
The midfielder is expected to be presented in Barcelona shirt in front of thousands of fans.
