BARCELONA will reportedly offer Ousmane Dembele to Liverpool in a bid to sign Mohamed Salah
The Egypt international has been in stunning form this season, bagging 40 goals across all competitions and driving the Reds to a first Champions League semi-final in 11 years.
Real Madrid appear to be frontrunners in the race to prise Salah away from Jurgen Klopp’s team come the summer.
But Spanish website Diario Gol insist Barcelona are ready to go for him at the end of the season.
The Barcelona forward has endured a nightmare first season at the Nou Camp since his huge move.
And, consequently, a parting of the ways could now happen.
However, Dembele may have to apologise to Klopp for trashing his house if he moves to Liverpool.
The Reds boss was the 20-year-old’s landlord during his time at Dortmund.
And Dembele reportedly angered the Reds gaffer by leaving his house in a mess when he left the Bundesliga for La Liga last summer.
xpress Sport understands the La Liga giants have prioritised adding another attacker to their ranks.
Barcelona appear well-stocked in that department with Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Philippe Coutinho joining Dembele in Ernesto Valverde’s attack.
However, they have earmarked Antoine Griezmann as a possible target.
Yet Diario Gol say Liverpool’s Salah is now the player they most want to sign.
And, in order to make it happen, they are willing to offer Dembele to Klopp.
