Paris Saint-Germain coach Unai Emery has announced he will leave at the end of the season, and his replacement has reportedly already been chosen.
The French have already wrapped up the Ligue 1 title and are also in the final for the French Cup.
However, doubts were cast over Emery’s future following their UEFA Champions League exit at the Last 16 stage but he has now confirmed he will leave.
A statement from Emery read: “I have communicated to the players that I am leaving.
“I thank president Nasser Al Khelaifi, the director of sport Antero Henrique, the supporters and all the players for these two seasons.”
According to the Sun, former Borussia Dortmund coach Thomas Tuchel is expected to take over from next season.
Tuchel was reportedly a wanted man as Bayern Munich and Arsenal were keen on the German’s services.
