Cristiano Ronaldo will move to Juventus this summer after the Serie A giants agreed a £105million transfer fee with Real Madrid.
Now in the twilight of his career, the 33-year-old clearly feels he has one last big move in him before entering retirement age.
Real Madrid announced the news with a statement on their official website. Los Blancos thanked the player that has been with them for nine seasons and told him that the Santiago Bernabeu will always be his home.
It is thought Ronaldo has already agreed personal terms with the Italian champions and could stand to earn as much as €30million-a-season.
The 33-year-old released a statement of his own, penning a heartfelt goodbye to the club and the fans.
