Arturo Vidal’s latest Instagram post causes a stir – before he quickly deleted it

Following his side’s 4-2 victory against Tottenham last week, rather than be delighted with the result, the Chilean posted an angry emoji on his Instagram account.

Spanish outlet Marca claimed it was because he was upset after being left out in favour of Arthur, only playing for three minutes.

In response to Vidal’s post, Barca manager Ernesto Valverde said that he wasn’t aware of any issue with his player.

“I do not know what the players put on their social networks, but he has not told me anything,” Valverde said. “I do not know if he is angry about the game or a domestic incident.”

Well, if Vidal was angry after the Spurs match, he’d have been even more furious at the weekend.

Barcelona could only draw 1-1 with Valencia and Vidal was an unused substitute.

And it seems that didn’t go down too well.

On Monday, a post appeared on Vidal’s Instagram that read: “With the Judas do not fight, let them hang themselves” accompanied with a picture of him sitting on the bench for Barca.

Unsurprisingly, it didn’t take long for Vidal to delete that post, either.

Valverde will surely have a very stern with Vidal after the second Instagram post in the space of a few days and, you’d imagine, the midfielder could be in trouble with his club.

Of course, it might be difficult to prove that Vidal was talking about Barcelona and Valverde.

Vidal isn't too happy at Barca, it seems
