Ousmane Dembele is facing a two month spell on the sidelines after suffering a hamstring injury.
The French forward completed his move from Borussia Dortmund to Barcelona for 97million pounds earlier this summer, but was forced to leave the pitch during his first start in La Liga.
BeIN Sports are reporting that scans have revealed the time of his absence – which is two months.
Dembele came out in the 29’th minute in the hard-fought 2-1 win against Getafe on Saturday.
He suffered the injury while chasing the ball down the left corner.
He was replaced by Gerard Deulofeu. It’s likely he will miss clashes with Atletico Madrid and Sevilla but could return for the second match of the Champions League group stage fixture against Juventus. //Actuantes//
